| Holy Scriptures:
We believe the Bible, Old and New Testaments, to be the verbally
inspired, authoritative infallible Word of God, and a sufficient
rule for faith and practice.
Triune God :We believe
in one God, eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son and
Holy Spirit. We believe in God the Father, perfect in holiness,
infinite in wisdom, measureless in power, who is merciful, just,
loving and able to save through His Son, Jesus Christ. We believe
in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His Virgin Birth (making
Him truly man), in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious
and atoning death through His shed blood, in His literal and bodily
resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of God the Father,
in His present intercession for the saints before the Throne of
God, and in His personal, bodily premillenial and imminent return
to earth. We believe in the personality of the Holy Spirit who
came forth from God to convince the world of sin, of righteousness
and of judgment; and to regenerate, sanctify and comfort those
who believe in Jesus Christ.
Man: We believe that man
was created in innocence, but fell in Adam, that by nature and
choice man is a sinner, and that he is totally unable to do anything
to save himself.
Salvation:We believe that
man is justified on the single ground of faith in the shed blood
of Jesus Christ, that his regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely
essential to this salvation.
Church: We believe that
those saved in his dispensation of grace are members of the Body
of Christ, the Church.
Ordinances: We believe
that the Lord Jesus Christ, Head of the Church, instituted the
ordinances of Baptism by immersion and the Lords Supper;
that these are neither sacramental of means of grace, but that
they should be observed till He comes again.
Missions: We believe it
is the obligation of the saved to witness by life and word to
the Grace of God and to proclaim this witness throughout the whole
earth.
Separation: We believe
that all the saved are called into a life of separation from all
worldly and sinful practices.
Satan and Hell: We believe
in the personality of Satan and the eternal, conscious punishment
of the unsaved forever separated from God.
Resurrection: We believe
in the resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved; they that
are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost
unto the resurrection of damnation.
Freedom: We believe that
every human being has direct relationships with God and is responsible
to God alone in all matters of faith; that each church is independent
and autonomous and must be free from interference by any ecclesiastical
or political authority; that, therefore Church and State must
be kept separate as having different functions, each fulfilling
its duties free from the dictation or patronage of the other
